CCI-T/ACMO Committed to Protecting Condominium Owners
Over the past several weeks Channel Property Management Ltd. has been profiled in a series of articles in the Toronto Star and featured on CBC news. CCI-T and ACMO are aware of the case and regret that an individual would use condominium communities as a tool in this alleged fraud. It is our understanding the police have launched an investigation and we welcome and support their efforts.

Condo Survey to 2011 Provincial Candidates
As part of the ongoing effort of the joint ACMO/CCI-Toronto Government Relations Committee to raise the awareness of condominium issues to all levels of Government, the Committee recently circulated a “condosurvey” to all Provincial candidates (Liberal, Conservative, and NDP) in all 107 Ontario Ridings.
