Condo of the Year Award

CCI Members are encouraged to take part in the first annual Condo of the Year Award to be launched on July 1st, 2008. If you believe that your corporation has what it takes to be named as the CCI Toronto Condominium of the Year, be sure to enter. Entries will be judged on any or all of the following:

• Good Governance
• Forward Thinkingness
• Social Fabric of Their Community
• Consistency
• Energy Related Initiatives
• Environmental Concerns
• Effective Use of Committees
• Communications
• Any other unique approach or program

The contest will award quarterly winners with recognition on the CCI website and an article featuring their community in the CondoVoice magazine. The grand prize winner will be selected in the fall of 2009 from amongst the four quarterly winners and will be awarded a custom street entry sign for their corporation – a prize worth up to $5,000.

Interested applicants should forward their submission, including photos and an article for the CondoVoice magazine along with a covering letter outlining why they feel their corporation is worthy of this award to:

Quarterly closing dates are:

August 1st, 2008
November 1st, 2008
February 1st, 2009

The grand prize winner will be notified by September 15th, 2009.
