Our panelists will lead directors through the all-important topic of health and safety in condominiums. Topics to be covered will include: a view of existing legislation (OHS, WHIMIS and Bill C-45); Director responsibilities and due diligence; typical fines and penalties; liability for onsite contractors as well as the policies, procedures and training that need to be in place and how to recognize, minimize and control potential risks through proper training. Attendees will receive practical examples and samples of Health and Safety policies and tear off worksheets.
