The Toronto Atmospheric Fund’s resident green investment specialist, Tim will explain how to evaluate the financial returns from an energy project and how to package together different energy retrofit measures to maximize long-term return on investment.

Condominium Lawyer, Armand Conant will provide will provide attendees with an overview of the legalities faced by condominiums implementing green projects. This will include an explanation of restrictions on the use of reserve funds, as well as required owner approvals and/or changes in by-laws.

Whether condominiums need to finance their energy retrofits 100% or require financing in conjunction with an incentive program, Condo financing specialist, Lisa Kay, will educate attendees on the various options and benefits of each option.
