To be a condo president is not neces-sarily that difficult. To be an effective, knowledgeable and respected president, however, requires the essential combination of people skills, community values and enlightened leadership.

This informal "club" gives presidents the opportunity to network with other condo presidents, share information and listen to the condominium wizards - made up of the industry's best - speak on current issues.
