John Deacon, B.A., LL.B.,
is a senior partner in the law firm of Deacon, Spears, Fedson and Montizambert, Toronto, practicing extensively in the area of condominium corporation law and representing approximately 300 corporations in Ontario. He is very active in communications law and is a member of the Condominium Cable Communications Committee (C-3) and has represented the condominium community's interests to CTRC. John is a regular columnist, frequent writer and lecturer.

For Rudy J. Fliegl, P.Eng.,
telecommunications is a passion! He is President of Fliegl Engineering and has been deeply involved in condo telecommunications since 1977, Chairperson of the Condominium Cable Communications Committee and President of his own condominium corporation since 1991. He is author of numerous submissions to CRTC on behalf of the condominium industry and assisted the Ontario Government in drafting much of Section 22 of the New Condominium Act.
