Managing Your Most Important Health and Safety Risks
This session will assist you with the most important risks which can give rise to government orders, work stoppages and OH&S or potential Bill C-45 criminal prosecution. The speakers, a Professional Engineer/OHS Consultant and an OHS lawyer/former OH & S Prosecutor, will address common scenarios and questions including: dealing with multiple contractors at the same construction project; health and safety program fundamentals such as minimum training required and JHSC requirements; what to do if there is a workplace accident; protecting management, boards of directors and others from risk and liability.
