CCI-Toronto Educational Courses

To serve on a condominium Board takes a special kind of person. Ideally, a condominium Board would consist of a lawyer, an accountant, an engineer, an insurance specialist, and of course, a mediator. In reality, a condo board is made of up ordinary volunteers doing their best to serve their community and to deal with the huge range of issues involved in the successful operation of condominiums.

To make this task easier, the Canadian Condominium Institute offers four levels of educational programs designed to meet the needs of both new and experienced condo directors. We know you have questions... and the Condominium Education Courses supply the answers!

Participation in these courses is highly recommended for the condo board as well as unit owners or others involved in the condominium community who want a better understanding of the way condominiums should function. CCI courses also qualify for RECO Continuing Education credits, making them of interest to real estate professionals.
