This three hour course will focus on the topics of which every Director should be aware. The course will provide participants with an introduction to, and basic knowledge of, the Condominium Act and is an excellent means to find out what you need to know to be effective as a Condominium Owner or Director.

• What is the Role of the Manager
• What to look for when Hiring a Manager
• The Management Contract
• Meetings

Engineering –
• Reserve Fund Studies
• Repair and Maintenance of the Common Elements

COURSE FEES

  • CCI Members - $95 plus HST
  • Non Members - $125 plus HST

Course fees include course binder, a copy of the Condominium Act, The Condominium Handbook and a course DVD.

*Webinars are course presentations delivered over the Internet. CCI webinars will be hosted on an Adobe based platform. Audio and video are best experienced using high speed internet.We will be accepting connections either through headsets (microphone and earphones) or by telephone. Further information will be provided at the time of registration.
