Sally Thompson M.Sc. P.Eng.
Sally is the national Practice Leader for Reserve Fund Study, Bulletin 19 and Performance Audit services at Halsall Associates; responsible for keeping Halsall’s knowledge, processes and industry reputation best-in class. Halsall’s services include building restoration engineering, cladding engineering, green building planning and design, structural engineering, Bulletin 19, reserve fund studies and performance audits. Sally is a director of CCI Toronto and also sits on the Tarion committee charged with developing Construction Practice Guidelines for Condominium Common Elements. Halsall, the Canadian division of Parsons Brinckerhoff, has over 325 employees with offices in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia. Sally is also President of a sister company, Buildingweb, which provides web-based reserve fund planning software.
Sally obtained her Masters Degree in Structural Engineering from Queen’s University in 1991 and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. Sally has been with Halsall and working with Condominium Corporations since 1990.
