Julian McNabb, BA

Julian McNabb serves as a Director and Co-Chair of the Membership Committee on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Condominium Institute – Toronto Chapter. He is also a Property Manager with Simerra Property Management Inc. Julian represents the "New to Condominium" living component of CCI. He has become more and more active in the condominium community and currently chairs the CCI Toronto Chapters Public Relations Committee. Julian supports the notion of delivering more education and information to Condominium owners across the Toronto Chapter.

Julian is a graduate of Latrobe University in Australia with a Bachelor of Arts degree specializing in Media Studies and Politics. Julian’s expertise in these fields are advantageous to Condominium life as Julian is able to create a more harmonious living environment for residents and provide better communication to keep owners and residents more informed.

Born in Toronto but raised in Melbourne Australia, when not facing the challenges of Condominium Management or the demands of work, Julian enjoys playing hockey, traveling, taking photographs, spending time with his family and exploring the culinary delights that Toronto has to offer.
