Mario Deo, L.L.B.

Mario Deo is a partner with the law firm of Fine & Deo, a firm which focuses its practice on condominium Law and real estate matters.

Mario graduated with a degree in economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto in 1982. He attended the University of Western Ontario Law School and was called to the bar in 1988.

Since his call to the Bar, Mario has practiced in condominium law and real estate. His practice includes advising condominium corporations, developers, unit owners, and purchasers and vendors of condominium units. In addition to advising condominium corporations and developers at the pre litigation stage, Mario's practice includes litigation of many condominium issues.

Mario has presented papers and lectured at numerous professional condominium conferences on a range of subjects relating to condominium law, including directors' duties and liabilities, management issues, owners rights, budgeting, administration, tenant problems and a series of other subjects. Mario currently sits on the CCI Toronto Board of Directors as Vice President.
